This is my 1982 Yamaha XT550 I purchased used in 1988.  It had about 3,000 miles on the clock, what appeared to be mostly street driven.  At the time I was living in an apartment but that didn't stop me from immediately disassembling the entire motorcycle and refurbishing everything.  In the fall of 1988 my future wife and I took this bike, along with my FJ1200 up to mountains for the first time and had a blast.  It's hard to beat an enduro for blasting the gravel roads.
